Core operations
Staff POS
Dining and takeout orders with live menu availability, payments, and public order tracking links. Add items to an open order or void with manager authorization.
Service boards
Kitchen, restaurant and lounge views keep stations aligned. Status changes update printers, staff screens and the guest TV where enabled.
Printer Agent
Works with the existing MOCBT Printer Agent for thermal kitchen and customer receipts over the local network.
Inventory and control
- Stock and purchases Locations, suppliers, receiving, transfers and stocktakes scoped to your restaurant only — not shared with other customers.
- Assets Track equipment and movements without leaving the same admin workspace your managers already use.
- Staff and roles PIN login for floor staff, manager passport for sensitive voids, and store-manager access limited to inventory when needed.
- Reports and audit Operational reporting plus audit trails for voids, settings changes and other sensitive actions.
Guest TV included
The Full Restaurant Package includes the same TV display engine as the standalone product: pairing, online monitoring, order boards and menu slides. Your internal POS orders can push to the TV without a separate integration project.
Account isolation
Each paying restaurant receives an independent workspace. Categories, menus, stock and TVs belong only to that account. Central Admin can suspend or permanently remove a customer without affecting other properties on the platform.
