How it works

1. Connect your POS

Use the versioned REST API, signed webhooks, or both. Orders arrive into your MOCBT customer workspace with status mapping you control.

2. Pair Smart TVs

Open your dedicated TV URL on each display, generate a pairing code in the portal, and lock the screen to your restaurant account only.

3. Shape what guests see

Set preparation timers, decide which menu categories and items appear, and keep the floor calm with clear ready messaging.

What you get

API order ingest Authenticated /api/v1/orders with idempotency keys and structured responses for your integrator.
Webhook gateway Receive POS events on a private path, with logging so support can diagnose failed payloads quickly.
Status mapping Translate preparing, ready, completed and cancelled from any vendor language into MOCBT TV states.
Automatic preparation timer Define prep times per menu name (or mapping). The display advances orders when time is up — or trusts an external ready estimate when you prefer.
Menu rules Show only the items you allow on the guest screen. Import names from Preparation Times so TV visibility and timers stay aligned.
Multi-TV management View details, unpair, revoke or delete displays from the customer portal. Suspended accounts stop live screens immediately.
Test orders Push sample tickets to verify the TV without confusing service staff or sales reports.

What this package does not include

Standalone TV Display does not replace your cashier POS, kitchen printer routing, or inventory module. Those capabilities live in the Full Restaurant Package.
